Shipping:
We ship via FedEx. Currently we ship to the United States only. We
do not ship to P O Boxes.
Return Policy:
Paisley stands behind the quality of our merchandise. Should you need
to return your purchase - please do so within 30 days of receipt,
in the original packaging. Please be sure to include the shipping
paperwork you received with your package and be sure to include the
credit card information used for the original purchase.
Once we receive your return, we will credit back to your credit card
the amount of the purchase price of the item you return.

Should you receive a package that is damaged, you may elect to refuse
the shipment and have it returned by FedEx or you may contact us within
24 hours of receipt via e-mail at shop@paisleygifts.com

from 10am until 5pm EST.
Gift Wrap/Gift Bag:
Paisley will take special care to wrap your gift. Gift wrap is complimentary.
We will choose either gift wrap or gift bag depending on the size
and shape of the item.
